Josh and Bobby's Dream Wedding

Over the years many memories have been made at the Beverly Hills Hotel.  From star studded Hollywood events to Saturday afternoons at the pool with loved ones.  When Bravo reality tv star of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles, Josh Flagg, was deciding the best venue for him and then fiance Bobby Boyd, only one location stuck out.  Growing up in Beverly Hills Josh frequented the Beverly Hills Hotel with his grandmother, Edith Flagg; it was like a second home to him!  It was a dream come true when Josh knew he was having his wedding at home with his closest friends and family!  Josh proposed to Bobby with a 40 person flashmob so naturally you can expect their wedding to be anything but a snooze!  This ultra glamorous event had it all!  Flute and sax players preceding Josh and Bobby as they walked down the aisle.  Choir singers graced the aisle after these two ‘gents said their vows.  As the guests walked into the reception, they were greeted with aerial performers serving bottles of champagne.  (Some of the guests skipped the champagne flute and had it poured directly in their mouth!) Just to emphasize how elegant this event truly was, Josh and Bobby served 3 oz of caviar as an appetizer for their guests!    If it wasn’t obvious to you already, this night was all about entertainment!  Thanks to Josh’s grandmother, at the age of 10 she had him taking lessons on how to Waltz.  Dance has been an important part to his life and wanted to share that on his wedding day!  To show a little of their personality, Josh chose to have their dancers perform a more theatrical cabaret number and Bobby went a little more contemporary and had a number to Mariah Carey’s greatest hits!  If the night wasn’t already elaborate enough, as a closing feature Bobby wanted to share his LOVE for candy with everyone!  As you open the doors to the back garden guests were transported to “Bobby’s Candyland!”  This display had aerial artists performing in the background and was stocked with any kind of candy you could imagine; enough to make any dentist cringe!  Being a part of Josh and Bobby’s wedding was truly an event I will remember forever!  I'll be honest, in the beginning I was a littler nervous to shoot this wedding.  I knew this would be one of the biggest weddings I would ever shoot and didn't want to forget anything!  I kept in mind my go-to tips on shooting weddings and it went so smoothly!  Everything about this wedding was exectued with great detail!  Below are some of my favorites of Josh and Bobby together.  I loved this wedding so much so keep an eye out, I will be sharing more!  Stay Inspired,Jana
